We will gladly share our rosewood dining room with our family dishes. For your comfort, we also offer two living rooms, one of them with a fireplace. The space The house was built in 2001 and renovated in 2022. There are more than 400 m2 of construction and 780 m2 of land. Very calm and quiet neighborhood, so we don't allow parties. It has 3 bedrooms with a double bed in each, totaling ideal space for up to 6 people. Guest access Of the 4 existing bedrooms in the property, one of them will be closed, we provide 1 suite and 2 other bedrooms with a shared bathroom, all with a double bed, and comfortable 'real wood' floor, totaling an ideal space for up to 6 people comfortably. There is a building attached to the barbecue that will also be closed. Other things to note This has been our home since 2001, our neighbors, almost all 60+, know that we don't party or make too much noise. If you like loud music and a lot of people sharing the same space, this is not your ideal property. Our leisure area has a swimming pool with a step, a deck on the side and a barbecue grill. Our social area is very open, we have neighbors on both sides, and this is another reason why a discreet volume should be maintained. We like greenery, and it invades our house through the various windows and doors, balconies and low walls, the security of the neighborhood allows us to do so.
