The Beach House

Woodgate Beach, Here we come! The Beach House is ready and waiting for you. Book your next holiday at this comfortable well appointed property. Please be sure to read all of the listing details for inclusions and exclusions of this property. The space The Beach House is set up to accommodate 4 guests. The main bedroom includes a Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom is set up with 2 x Single beds. The main bedroom and living area are both equipped with Air Conditioning. Your small fur babies are also welcome to join you at this property. The complex is a shared space with the other Beach Houses so please be mindful when taking your pets outside as there is no fencing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your holiday. You are also supplied with your own washing machine and laundry area. Out the side, there is a Double car parking space with one spot under roof, unfortunately these 2 spots are single file. For those travelling with pets, We do require a pet security deposit to be paid upon key collection direct to our agency. The price for this will vary depending on the amount and size of your pet. You will receive these details after the booking is confirmed. Once you have departed and the property has been checked, the money will be refunded back to you. We also ask that you do not use the washing machine to clean your pet's bedding. Guest access This Beach House is located in a resort style complex. This means you will have full access to all shared spaces. This includes 2 seperate inground pools as well as 2 seperate BBQ areas. Please be mindful when using these areas and keep the noise to a respectable level and take all of your belongings and rubbish away with you. The Beach House accommodation is set up for your Private use only. Other things to note Please note that you are required to bring any consumables you need including but not limited to salt, oils, toilet paper, shampoo etc. This property does NOT supply linen. You will need to bring your bed sheets, pillow cases, bath/hand towels and bath mats. Linen hire can be arranged through our office if you do not wish to travel with these items. The property has been priced accordingly as these items are not included. You are required to leave the home neat and tidy. The cleaning fee does not include us washing your dishes, taking your rubbish out, picking up after a pet etc, extra fees can occur in these instances. There is no WiFi supplied. Vodaphone has zero service in the Woodgate area. All other providers seem to work OK. If you notice any maintenance or cleaning issues, please let us know within 6 hours of check-in.
