Each apartment occupies one entire floor: - apartment 1 on the ground floor - apartment 2 on the first floor - apartment 3 on the second floor - apartment 4 on the third floor Thus each apartment is completely independent from the others except for the shared staircase that allows the guests to reach the apartments' entrance. Every apartment is 70 sq m with two view balconies, one with seas view (except for apartment 3 which has no balconies but very large windows).
