Guest access The Island is only accessible by boat, jet ski or water taxi. No vehicles on the Island. With your boat or jet ski you will be able to pop up to Tipplers Bar and Cafe for lunch or dinner (opening hours vary outside holidays). If you don't have your own water transport there are water taxi's from Runaway Bay marina (Steves Water Taxi) and Sanctuary Cove marina (Cove Water Taxi) Other things to note There are no shops at the island- bring all provisioning. Water is treated bore water but the kitchen tap and fridge have filters and is fine to drink. We are part of Stradbroke Waters and have our own utilities grid .
