Gorgeous view of the Rockies! Side-by-side condos double the fun for multi-family vacays!! Each fully self-contained condo has 2 bedrooms/2 baths w/ leather European-style queen Sofabeds. Easily fits up to 6 guests per unit for a maximum of 12 guests total. Sit on the balconies and bbq w/the 2 Gas Grills while enjoying stunning views of the mountains. Or make a meal in each of the 2 well-stocked kitchens. Enjoy outdoor heated pool and 3 hot tubs year round!! Just minutes away from Banff. The space The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that make up the unique condo setup will be sure to make your time in the mountains unforgettable. The perfect set-up for 2 families, or a girls’ weekend retreat, or for the guys golf getaway!! **Please note: There is a maximum guest limit for booking these two condos @ 12 people total. Each condo comfortably sleeps up to a max. of 6 guests. For families travelling with infants, a play pen is available in each condo. So convenient for multi-family vacations. Each have your own suite, but just steps away to morning coffee together—or dinner shared. While the adults visit in one unit the kids can be watching a movie right next door. Great for travelling with grandparents, too!! The condos are a one-level floor plan (no stairs) and easily accessible by elevator. Note: All interior doors and bathroom fixtures are standard interior size. Our condos are 975 sf each and are located side by side. Please note: ***there is no inside adjoining door between the condos. Each condo features a Master bedroom with a King size bed. The 2nd bedroom in each unit has a Queen Size bed. Comfy memory-foam mattresses make for a comfortable, peaceful sleep. The bedrooms each have a ceiling fan and black out draperies on all condo windows ensure your comfort. The Master Ensuite and the Main Bath each have tile floors and a full tub/shower surround. There is a fully stocked kitchen in each suite, complete with all the dishware & cooking utensils for your gourmet meals! There’s 3 TV’s in each condo—1 in each bedroom and in each of the living rooms. Streaming services are available with your own subscription on the Smart TV’s, as well as a huge selection of channels with our Cable Service. There is A/Conditioning in both suites for those few days it gets quite warm. There is a Leather European-style Queen size Sofa bed with Memory Foam Mattress in one unit’s Living Room. The other has a Double-Size Sofabed w/Memory Foam Mattress. The Living Room of each condo has a natural gas wood stove. So cozy in the winter time, or cooler nights to sit beside. Grab a glass of wine, or a good book, and settle in to unplug after a busy day! The 2 South-facing balconies are close to each other so grilling on both new bbq’s while visiting with other group members and taking in the spectacular mountain views is a breeze! And we face the interior of our complex—away from road or train track noise, but so close to the fun downtown area!! Each Unit has its own In- Suite Laundry (washer/dryer) for your convenience. This quiet location is close to the amenities that Canmore has to offer. Step outside to walking trails, a pleasant stroll to visit the quaint downtown area to shop or check out any number of fabulous restaurants. The heated outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs are open year round to enjoy during any season. One of only a couple complexes with outdoor pools—what an experience to swim outdoors in the mountains—even during winter!!
