The nearly 3000 acres of state park land that borders the property provides a protected, untouched buffer and it is an ideal spot to enjoy the tranquility of nature and wildlife. In the evenings, relax with a glass of wine and enjoy a sunset view from the rocking porch! Later, move to the firepit area to experience the magic of the market lights and glow from the fire under the stars. In the cooler months, a s’mores kit will be provided! The cabin is well stocked with essential cooking needs. For options outside of the kitchen, there is a blackstone and a charcoal camping grill beside the fire pit. Propane is provided and everything needed for charcoal cooking is located in the outdoor storage bin! For sleeping, the cabin offers 2 queen beds with snuggle worthy, inviting linens that may be hard to leave to adventure out each day! Additional privacy is provided with a room divider in the loft if needed. Whether you're seeking a quiet retreat or an adventure-filled escape, this log cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. **Please remember our cabin is in the woods! There is wildlife all around and you may see or hear them moving through the property. Possible sightings: deer, bears, coyote, snakes, bobcats, and rabbits! If this is a concern, consider booking in the winter months when they are less active. Other things to note Included in your stay is a car tag that allows free entrance to the any of the SC state parks! The cabin is not childproofed and not stocked with supplies needed for young children. If you choose to bring young children, please bring everything needed for their safety and comfort!
