Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. -Bedroom 1- The front bedroom is very large, and has a lovely, calm vibe. It has a comfortable king size bed and seating bench. The large built in wardrobe offers plenty of room for your belongings. -Bedroom 2- The second bedroom has a double bed. It is also peaceful and overlooks the garden. This bedroom also has a built in wardrobe for your clothes. -Bathroom 1- Beautifully appointed bathroom with stone bath and separate large, walk in shower' On the top floor there is a large open plan bedroom, workspace and additional bathroom -Bedroom 3- This large room has a bedroom at one end and a workspace at the other. Standard check in time is 3pm onwards, and check out time is before 11am. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood so excessive noise will not be tolerated, Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in property.
