With a charming front entrance, you enter into a light and bright entrance hall. -Living Room- To the left is the front sitting room, with a large picture window where light floods in. Enjoy the comfy sofa and 2 armchairs, where you can relax, chat or curl up with a good book. Light and bright, this is a gorgeous, welcoming room. -Living Room 2- This room leads through to another lounge area, with plenty of room to gather round and watch TV or listen to records, this is a great social space in which to chill out. The large L-shaped sofa will comfortably seat 6. -Kitchen/Dining Room- Moving further through the property into the kitchen and dining room, you will enjoy this serene space, with fantastic views over the lovely garden. This is the heart of the home and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay, from a state of the art coffee machine to the top of the range appliances. Enjoy gathering for meal times around the dining room table, which seats 6 comfortably, or take a seat at the island/breakfast bar. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. -Bedroom 1- The front bedroom is very large, and has a lovely, calm vibe. It has a comfortable king size bed and seating bench. The large built in wardrobe offers plenty of room for your belongings. -Bedroom 2- The second bedroom has a double bed. It is also peaceful and overlooks the garden. This bedroom also has a built in wardrobe for your clothes. -Bathroom 1- Beautifully appointed bathroom with stone bath and separate large, walk in shower' On the top floor there is a large open plan bedroom, workspace and additional bathroom -Bedroom 3- This large room has a bedroom at one end and a workspace at the other. There is comfortable double bed and the simple lines create a serene vibe. There is ample wardrobe space. This room has an ensuite bathroom -Bathroom 2- Beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower -Garden- Outside the stunning garden is simple but welcoming. With a garden studio, this peaceful space is the perfect spot to relax. This superb home is tucked away on a quiet residential street but just moments from St Margarets Village, with everything you need on the doorstep. Just a stone's throw from Marble Hill Park and the River Thames, the location is fantastic. Other things to note DURING YOUR STAY Parking - there is paid for parking just outside the property and on surrounding streets. Visitor parking permits can also be arranged. Standard check in time is 3pm onwards, and check out time is before 11am. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood so excessive noise will not be tolerated, Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in property.
