Welcome to Camp Romain, This place will be your perfect holiday home for a large family or friends! Built in the 18th century, this village house has kept the traces of its past: stone floor, beams, fireplace, beautiful stone staircase. Gite ideally located for your vacation between the sea and the countryside. Property managed by Welcome 2 Home, a concierge for seasonal rentals that takes care of her guests! The space This house, located between land and sea in a peaceful courtyard, consists of 3 floors. On the main floor you will find: - Equipped kitchen. - Living room with two sofas - TV and wifi - Separate toilet - Functional fireplace (you can use it subject to cleaning once the fire is finished,). Kitchen facilities: - Refrigerator / deep freezer - Oven - Baking hobs - Microwave -Filter coffee maker -Water boiler - Bread Toaster - Dishwasher. - Washing machine On the first floor: - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 180 cm - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 180 cm and a crib (linen is not provided for the crib). - Shower room with shower and toilet. On the second floor: - Bathroom with bathtub and toilet - 1 Bedroom with 2 simple beds - 1 bedroom with a bed in 180 - Clothing and storage for clothes on the landing between the two bedrooms Internet connection (Wifi). Private courtyard enclosed by walls with terrace. Possible parking in the courtyard. You will also have access to a space with grass behind the house: be careful there are ditches in this part, you have access to it but it is your responsibility. Included: linens (towels, towel, bath mat, sheets). A welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid and a garbage bag will be waiting for you in the accommodation. For the rest of the stay we let you buy what you need. Guest access The accommodation has two floors and the 2nd floor has fairly low passages ( beware of beams). You'll have a set of keys. Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. onwards. Check-out is until 10am maximum. Other things to note Please note that the welcome can be done with a self check in.
