Freeport Studios & Sunset Heaven

Freeport Studios boasts beautiful grounds featuring 200 fully furnished studios with equipped kitchens. Each studio includes washer/dryer and access to several amenities such as grilling pavilions, a fitness center, and a recreation room with a pool table, ping pong table. Onsite bar hours vary but is open Monday through Saturday starting at 4pm with food trucks and live music or a DJ on special days. Our Studios & homes are 10-15 min from the beach (Surfside/Quintana ...) The space This little piece of heaven offers several "studio-like apartment", where you can enjoy your own private little studios, but yet, enjoy the amenities. Weekly or Monthly Stays welcomed. Each Studio is private and spacious with private entrance and plenty of complimentary parking. You also a started kit including laundry and dishwasher pods and the basic dishware for two to cook in your own kitchen. CLEANING POLICY Please note that each studio is equipped with washer/dryer. We offer a complimentary monthly cleaning for our monthly guests. Other guests may come in to the reception to have their towels replaced once a week. PET POLICY Not pets are allowed in the indoor common area. Please keep your dogs on leash as some guests are not animal-friendly and/or have allergies. Other things to note Guests must provide vehicle license plate #, make, model and year as well provide a selfie holding your license as proof of identity.
