An open floor plan with 3 oversized rooms (bedroom, bathroom that includes your own full sized laundry and supplies, a large great room with kitchenette and dinette), plus a long corridor and huge closet for extra storage. A private patio with patio furnishings and a fire pit, and a quaint landscaped back yard and courtyard garden that is exclusively yours during your stay. Other things to note Our apartment is designed for adult guests. We prefer all guests be 18+ however we will consider children on a case by case basis. In particular the unit is not child proof, and being professionally designed, we do have some expensive and breakable decor. Being in the lower level, our apartment is quite cool year-round. We provide plenty of extra blankets, and two small-but-mighty space heaters. Guests love them and they work well to offset the cool temps.
