Lovely quiet house. Close to the city center (500m), zoo and ocean (1.2km). Restful and fully equipped (+ air conditioning) Ideal for 4-5 pers. (children included) House composed of a beautiful living room on the ground floor (30 m2) and 2 bedrooms upstairs (5 beds max.) A marked trail along the coastline allows you to discover, on foot or by bike the great coast, passing through the Coubre lighthouse to the wild coast and its surf breaks. The space The house opens to a beautiful open space of 30 m2, with a seating area, kitchen area, dining table. The shower room and separate WC are also on the ground floor. A window door opens access to a 25 m2 terrace, equipped with a dining table and garden seating area, as well as a blind banne. Upstairs (Japanese step staircase) you will find an additional toilet, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed of 140*190, and a large air-conditioned attic room with 2 single lilies of 90*200 (can be approached to make a large double bed) and a small child bed of 80*200. A children's reading area is also set up. Possibility to install an umbrella bed (on loan). The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senséo pod machine... The house is close to a small lake and a children's play area. Downtown is a 5 min walk (summer market on Wednesdays and Sundays). The supervised beach of Palmyra is about 1.2 km away. By bike or car you can also quickly enjoy the wild beaches of the Wild Coast or the Grande Côte. Be careful, you must provide all the linens: sheets, shower towels, bath mats, dish towels, hand towels, beach towels... in July/August: minimum 7-night rental, from weekend to weekend
