Views of the Chesapeake Bay are thru out the home and are gorgeous! Hosts are an older couple are quiet at night, but are available to guests as needed. The neighborhood is quiet and out of respect for the neighbors and hosts, No Parties Are Allowed. On Saturday from April to Nov, a farmers market is open from 9am to 12pm and is only 5 blocks away in a lovely park. While no pets are allowed at the home, our sister place "Courtyard Cottage" does allow pets. Comment from a previous guest: "Right off the beach! It was amazing and ended up extending our stay! Highly recommend staying here." Guest access Guest will enter and exit thru the front door, and all outdoor areas can be accessed by guests. And outdoor shower is behind the house for rinsing after the beach. Other things to note Hosts live on the 1st floor of the home with separate access then guests. Guests will see hosts most likely only on the weekends, entering and exiting their car or letting the dog Sandy out.
