Golden Sea Apartment 12 is located on the first floor (accessible via stairs) of a quiet complex featuring swimming pool, BBQ area and lush tropical gardens. The north east facing apartment features open plan living with reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings, smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. Step through to the absolute beachfront balcony to enjoy panoramic ocean views stretching from Surfers Paradise to Rainbow Bay. This is the perfect spot to enjoy sunrises over the ocean, whale watch in winter and check the surf. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances including dishwasher and coffee pod machine and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table inside, or alfresco on the balcony. Wake to ocean views in the master bedroom with comfortable queen bed, plus ensuite and walk in robe. The second bedroom is idea for kids with 2 single beds, plus there is a portacot for guests to use. All rooms have ceiling fans to provide year-round comfort. The main bathroom offers a shower over bath and there are laundry facilities for your convenience. Golden Sea 12 offers a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind in the ideal beachfront location. Golden Sea is a quiet building, and guests must be considerate of residents and neighbours. Carpark Height - 2.1m Renovation works are being held in an upstairs unit from 16/12/25 – 19/12/25 and then again from 12/1/26 until the end of March 2026 with potential intermittent noise, if any. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office – 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 8 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
