The space Superb contemporary villa on the heights of Nimes, peaceful scrubland landscape. 3 bedrooms between 11m2 and 15m² with a bed in 160cm*200cm and 1 bedroom of 15m² with two 90cm*190cm beds that can be brought together on request. 2 bathrooms with spacious shower and adapted for people with reduced mobility. Towel dryer, shower chair for PMR. 2 toilets each with a PMR draw bar. Kitchen equipped with induction hob, range hood, oven, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher, plenty of storage, board games available. The pool is under shelter, the temperature remains pleasant and the pool is safe for children. Heated pool if needed, between 74 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit (28 and 30 degrees Celsius), except between around November 12 and March 30, when the outside temperature is too cold.
