In addition to the new bathroom, there is an updated kitchen, new windows and a large front deck. For more space you can also rent the attached 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit. The space The house is in a prime location - a short walk to IU/Sample Gates, downtown and Bryan Park. It is fully and nicely furnished including a comfortable couch and chair in the living room facing a large TV and window. The bathroom was completely remodeled in April 2025. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There are two, spacious bedrooms - one with a king bed and one queen. The home is most comfortable for 2-4 people. The back yard includes a covered patio with furniture. You can often see deer wander through the yard. The deer are not dangerous and will not approach guests. A new large deck off the front of the house was completed in August 2024. It is the perfect spot to relax outside. This airbnb is one side of a duplex home. Both sides have independent with separate heating and cooling. There are no shared spaces other than the back yard and the front deck.
