A separate bedroom with plenty of storage and a 160 cm bed Bathroom with toilet with laundry closet including a washing machine. Independent reversible air conditioning/heating in the bedroom and living room, electric roller shutters. The accommodation opens onto a large terrace with bioclimatic pergola, lined with a beautiful colored curtain on the side, a small wooden pool of 2 x 2 m with retractable roller shutter for the safety of the smallest adventurers (the pool is open from May to the end of September), sunbathing, a dining area, barbecue, composter... All linen is provided (beds made, complete mattress toppers and pillows for guaranteed hygiene, towels and for the pool, tea towels, gloves, etc.) Travel light! Small closed shed on your land, you can store your bikes, suitcases or other items safely. The Kaz is located in a very quiet residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac away from the road. There is no one opposite, enjoy in complete privacy. However, we would like to point out that we live in the countryside and that there are peacocks🦚 and farm animals 🐔🐓 in the surrounding gardens who can choose to sing whenever they want without waiting for our permission 😅 However, rest assured that the vast majority of vacationers see no inconvenience and find the Kaz very quiet and conducive to rest 🙏! The village center is about 2 km away, connected by a secure bike path. There is a Carrefour supermarket and an Auchan within 2 km. Free Wi-Fi.
