It consists of a living room with an integrated dining room and kitchen and a balcony. The bathroom is small but you will find a dressing area in each bedroom so you can get ready comfortably. The three bedrooms, one double and two single, have a window and balcony outside respectively. Perfect for making you feel at home. It does not constitute a lease for a habitual or permanent residence. A declaration of responsibility will be signed with the guest's habitual residence information. * The apartment will be completely cleaned and the sheets and towels will be changed every 15 days for €80/service, on alternate Mondays. *The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. There aren't too many stairs and, in principle, it shouldn't be a problem, but if you have very heavy suitcases or mobility issues, please consider this. *The bathroom is small. But there is a dressing area in each room where you can get ready comfortably. That shouldn't be a problem either. *We ask for respect for the neighbors who live and work here, so please be mindful when going up and down the stairs late or when you are home in the evening.
