The space Comfortable amenities The chalet offers two comfortable bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with a hot tub and color light therapy. The fully equipped kitchen and the open living and dining area, also designed with old wood, invite you to cozy evenings with a glass of wine or a good book. Modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a stereo system ensure that you do not miss anything. Hiking trails start just a few meters behind the house – so lace up your hiking boots and explore St. Stephan or the Färmeltal. Winter magic In winter, the top 4 ski resorts of Adelboden-Lenk are just 10 minutes away by car. The ski slopes offer a variety of runs for all levels of difficulty. Cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails nearby also invite you to enjoy the snowy landscape in peace. After a day in the snow, return to the warm, cozy atmosphere of the chalet and unwind in the wellness area. Activities and surroundings The surroundings of Chalet Halten are ideal for nature lovers, sports enthusiasts and recreation seekers alike. Whether hiking, skiing, mountain biking or just enjoying the fresh mountain air – everyone will find the right leisure activity here. Cultural attractions and charming villages in the area also invite you to take excursions. Interlaken and Grindelwald are only about an hour's drive from Matten. Tourist tax as well as bed linens and towels are also included in the cleaning fee. Guest access Practical information A gravel road leads directly to the house, which we regularly clear in winter. Parking is available right in front of the house. With an all-wheel drive vehicle, you can easily manage the cleared access in winter. However, in heavy snowfall, it may be necessary to put on snow chains if your vehicle does not have four-wheel drive. Alternatively, you can park your car a little further down and walk the last few meters.
