Spacious 5-Bedroom Beach House

The house is beautifully decorated and is just a 3-minute walk from the beach, restaurants, & stores. On the first floor you’ll find a terrace with a big table, a lounge area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms & a bathroom. On the second floor, a lovely open area with ocean views, a lounge area, a big table, equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. WiFi, drinking water, bed linen, & towels included. The space accommodates up to 10 people (possibly 11). Other things to note IMPORTANT please note that on the path to arrive to our airbnb, there are other neighbors houses left under construction, and you have to walk a short sand path (1 minute) in front of them. To access the apartment you must go up two floors. The views and the air flow make it worth it! Not recommended for people with mobility issues. Any doubts, please send us a message before booking. We don’t offer parking space at the property. In case you are coming with a car, let us know and we’ll be happy to tell you where to park. Please also note that in this area there are strict rules regarding the noose at night. The neighbors are very sensitive about it. So please respect the 9pm time limit for making noise in the apartment. Besides mazunte and San Agustinillo are full of nice bars and beachside restaurants to have fun outside Thank you very much !
