Outside the villa there is a green area, parking, a private swimming pool and sun loungers. On the second floor of the villa there are two outdoor terraces where you can relax or do yoga. The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, it can be a good choice for a short vacation, as for long stays and work. The space On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, laundry, bedroom with own bathroom and access to the pool. The second floor has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to terraces. From one of these terraces you can see the magnificent colors of the sunset. Guest access Within walking distance from the villa there are shops, cafes, massage parlours, Padel court, Fit Koh. Other things to note No smoking inside the villa, only outside. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The price of the villa includes cleaning with change of linen and towels once a week. Electricity is not included in the price and there is a separate charge for electricity (7 baht per 1 kW) and water (50 baht per 1 cubic meter). A security deposit of $700 USD or equivalent in baht is payable upon check-in to the villa and will be refunded upon check-out in full or less the cost of any damage caused during your stay.
