Relax under the mossy oak trees and then venture out to the historic downtown, only 5 miles away, or the beautiful beach (7 miles). One King Sleep Number Bed in the master bedroom, one Queen in the second bedroom, and two Twins in the third one. We also have a Pack and Play style crib that can be put out if requested. There are always extra pillows and blankets. Immaculate bathrooms with clean white towels. The kitchen is well stocked and includes three different types of coffee makers, an electric kettle a waffle maker, a toaster, a slow cooker, and a blender. A cozy fireplace awaits inside, and an outdoor chimenea is available to enjoy under the lights hanging from the big oak mossy trees. Have some fun in the air-conditioned Game Room where you will find assorted board games, books, a PingPong table, and a Fussball table. If you are heading out to the beach we have some chairs, a sun umbrella an ice chest, and toys for the little ones to play on the sand. This is truly your home away from home! Please be aware that no more than 7 people are allowed to stay overnight in the house. The house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and NO Parties are allowed. Parking is available in the house driveway. Guest access All the house is available for you except for one storage closet labeled Owners Closet. No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Other things to note The one-level house is in a quiet, safe residential area. All the neighbors are friendly. Very easy to access from US #1. This highway will take you to the north or the south of beautiful historic St. Augustine and its beaches. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are just within blocks without having to deal with the downtown crowds and traffic. Free parking.
