Comprised of several generous living spaces across the ground and first floor, where you will enjoy the use of an American Shuffleboard and a large Smart television with surround sound, Seagate House promotes fun gatherings and special occasions, both inside and outside of the property. With a modern kitchen and dining space, that gives way to the snug and the sitting room, groups will be able to enjoy the property without every feeling cramped. All of these rooms provide access to the garden, where yet more seating and fun can be found. Five bedrooms and four bathrooms are spread across the two floors, all offering fine white linens and promising a comfortable, quiet night of rest. Comprised of numerous king-sized and twin bedded options, plus a fun bunk room that acts as a great option for children. This has been set up with family groups in mind, as they have the convenience of having a king-size bedroom opposite and a family bathroom next to the bunk room. Outside, Seagate House really comes into its own. With a sauna and trampoline, guests will be able enjoy a novel holiday experience. However, the truly exceptional barbecue hut offers cosy fun, whatever the weather. The nearby area of patio has been appointed with dining furniture, creating yet more opportunities for guests to enjoy good weather from the privacy of the garden. Off-road parking for up to six cars is provided, as is EV charging. Seagate House is also dog-friendly; albeit dogs will need to be supervised in the garden. Additional Information: Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional fee). Feather bedding provided. A maximum of 10 adults are welcome. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot. Please bring your own original pods for the Nespresso coffee machine. Barbecue hut is fuelled with logs. There is external CCTV at this property. Bedroom three With 4' double bed, wardrobe, arm chairs and feature fire place. French doors into the trampoline area and adjacent sauna room. En-suite shower room With walk-in rainfall shower, wash basin and WC. First Floor: Bedroom two With 5' king-size bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. En-suite bathroom Separate bath and rainfall shower, wash basin and WC Master bedroom With 5' king-size bed, wardrobes, chest-of-drawers, Smart television, seating for two, dressing table. (Private balcony is not currently accessible). En-suite shower room With shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom four With 5' king-size bed, wardrobe, sofa, dressing table and chair. Family shower room Rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC. Bunk room With two sets of bunk beds. Sauna room: Private sauna area for up to eight guests. Outside: Large dining terrace in garden with seating and table for 12 people. Nearby wood-fired barbecue hut, providing a covered, comfortable space for guests to enjoy all year round. Children at to be accompanied by an adult, when using the trampoline, and please do not exceed the maximum number of users. EV charging available by prior arrangement, and is free to use for guests.
