Guest access Guests may bring up to two cars in the parking lot, and may access any part of the property except the following: Owners closet in the Master bedroom; closet in the Master bathroom; attic in the guest bedroom, Dock Box, boat lift equipment, owner's boat (when docked). Other things to note White towels are for inside use only. If washing towels and/or sheets, please do not mix them with non-white laundry. We've provided a few colorful beach towels for outdoor use. Baby wipes are provided for makeup removal. Please do not use white towels for makeup removal. The property does not accommodate pets in order to cater to guests (and the owner's family) who may have pet allergies, and as there is no fence by the waterfront. In addition to regular cleaning: ALL laundry is washed between guests (including blankets and bed covers). All door handles, knobs, TV remote, etc, are also sanitized between guests.
