The open plan living area features a comfortable lounge suite, smart TV, Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and a 6-seater dining table. This area flows out onto the covered balcony, where you can enjoy a glass of bubbles whilst taking in the stunning views of the ocean - or rise early with your morning cuppa and enjoy the spectacular sunrises. The kitchen is completely equipped with all you need for your next stay in paradise, including an electric cooktop, dishwasher, all cookware, crockery and glassware, oven, fridge, and breakfast bar. Your master suite is generous sized and features a King size bed, ceiling fan, Air-conditioning and built-in robe. Bedroom 2 consists of a King size bed, ceiling fan, Air-conditioning, built in robe plus direct access to the back balcony where you can take in the serenity of the hinterland views. This bedroom can be converted to 2 Single Size beds upon request. Please advise one of our staff when making your reservation if you require this change. There is an additional Single size trundle bed underneath the long single which can also be made up on request. The main bathroom includes a shower and separate toilet. All linen included - excluding beach towels Access to lock up garage plus additional car parking spaces at the back of the building & ample street parking. With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge. Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm. Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
