The space The ‘Blue Escape’ apartment is located overlooking the beautiful Balmins beach. It is situated on a quiet residential street only a minutes walk from the beach or an 8 minute walk into town. There are local cafes and tapas bars only moments away. There is a large living/dining room that leads out onto a large sea facing terrace. Fibre optic wifi and air-conditioning in the living room and powerful, silent ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There is a pretty balcony with a table and chairs, the perfect spot for relaxing with a glass of cava, people watching, looking at the ocean or just to sit and listen to the waves. The comfortable, spacious lounge-dining area is decorated with dining table & chairs, sofa, fiber optic wifi (30Mb) and a ‘Smart’ flat TV connected to the internet with Netflix (you will need to use your own personal account to login) The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable, including; fridge/freezer, hob (ceramic induction), combination oven with microwave , Coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The good sized double bedrooms are all double glazed and have hotel quality, Flex-Dreamax mattresses to help ensure a good nights sleep. The single bedroom has a comfy bed, and storage. This really is a cosy space and the balcony and seafront location is a wonderful benefit. .This is a great sized apartment and can sleep 4/5 people comfortably, using the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays. All bedding is also washed using special antibacterial products. Smoking is strictly permitted in the outside areas only. No parties or loud music after 10pm. Early luggage drop off is available on day of check in after 11am. Check in is after 3pm unless previously arranged. Late checkouts only available if possible and need to be pre arranged. Late luggage collection can be arranged in advance but must be collected before 2pm. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms, However, we are an eco friendly house and ask you to ensure it is switched off if the bedroom is not occupied and windows are closed whilst in operation. We try to be as eco friendly as possible. Extra fans are available upon request. If you require a baby travel cot and high chair, please notify me 48hrs before arrival. Recycling bins available.
