The cozy living area is a perfect place to relax, spend quality time with family and friends, and enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV. It features a sofa bed and two luxurious recliners for ultimate comfort. The beautiful kitchen has the supplies you need to prepare a large family dinner or even bake a cake. There are plenty of plates, Cuisinart pots & pans and an assortment of Pyrex baking containers, traditional coffee maker, toaster, electric hand beater and much more. Enjoy a cozy dinner for four at our dining table and additional bar seating provides a spot for the kids to enjoy their favorite meal after a day of fun in Columbia. If you must work or check your email, the standing desk, across from the dining table is the perfect spot. Choose to stand or sit on the bar height stool. The desk also features a hidden channel near the wall with a surge protector for conveniently plugging in your laptop. You will also find a charger already plugged in, so you can charge your phone while you take care of business. Both bedrooms are spacious and have private attached renovated bathrooms, comfy king-size beds, TVs, and plenty of storage. We can’t quite decide which bedroom is the master. The front bedroom has a beautiful new bedroom suite, including bedside stands (with USB ports) a dresser and below the bed drawer storage. (We keep the sofa bed supplies and the king blanket in the drawers. At night, you will love the motion sensor floor lighting below the bedside stands. They also have USB plug-ins, so you will not need to crawl around the floor looking for an outlet. The outside appearance of the closet is deceiving. At first glance, you might assume that it is as wide as the antique door. Once opened you will see that is not the case. The closet is spacious and is equipped with plenty of hangers, as well as a luggage rack. We also keep the ironing board and iron in the closet. The fun detail of this room is in the bathroom, which features an antique clawfoot tub with a shower conversion. If you want to take a soak, we have a drain plug in the vanity below the bathroom sink. Enjoy! The back bedroom is also quite spacious and about the same size as the front room. It also features a luxurious king bed with mid-century modern styling, an authentic mid-century modern antique dresser and shelf-style bedside stands. A fun element in this room is that the lamps on the bedside stands turn on and off by touch. They also have USB plugs for overnight charging and a good place for your phone/alarm to sleep. Like the closet in the front bedroom, this one is also spacious and equipped with plenty of hangers and a luggage rack. This adjoining bathroom has a sink area surrounded by storage and a convenient stand-up shower, with shelves. For those of us who shave our legs, the bottom shelf is the perfect height to use as a shaving ledge. We have reserved the storage cabinets to the left of the shower for supplies, so guests will not have access to them. Guest access Guests will have direct access to the house and can let themselves in using the convenient keyless lock system. Approximately 7 days before check-in, you will be emailed all of the necessary details, including the keycode, address, directions, and additional information to ensure a smooth arrival and stay. Other things to note Guests at Go with the Flo will have access to the entire house, except for the owners cabinets in the back bathroom and the storage closet opposite the washer & dryer in the laundry room. Prior to your check-in you will receive a custom code for entry into the house, which will expire on your departure day. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, on property for the duration of the stay and sign a rental agreement after booking. No smoking/vaping, parties, or pets. Registration Details 10153003
