It's just a short 1.5 mile bike ride to the beach, fine restaurants and shops of Bethany Beach. Enjoy the community swimming pool, tennis/pickleball court and several ponds stocked with fish. Sleeps 8. The space The home is a cape cod style home located in the highly sought after Villages of Clearwater. When you walk up the front steps, there is a small porch where you can sip your morning coffee. When you enter the home, there is a spacious living room area to the right and master bedroom to the left. The steps lead up to two more bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The backyard has a shed that has beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. There is a small patio with a grill, dining table and cantilever umbrella. The community offers a lap swimming pool, tennis/pickleball court and two stocked catch and release ponds. The neighborhood roads are great for walks/runs. Guest access Guests have full access to the home and shed. The only locked area is the garage. Other things to note You will have full access to the house, backyard and shed. You will also have access to the community swimming pool and tennis/pickleball court.
