This thoughtfully designed studio includes a bathroom, king-size bed, inviting sitting area, compact kitchen equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and eatery, as well as an outdoor dining set complete with an umbrella. Open the windows to immerse yourself in the breathtaking scenery, complemented by the tranquil melodies of birdsong and the rhythmic crashing of waves, embracing this extraordinary property. Setting us apart from the competition, Condo 1 at Del Mar PV ensures all essentials are provided, including hot water, cold air conditioning, toiletries, premium towels, linens and pillows. With everything taken care of, you can relax and enjoy your stay worry-free—we've considered every detail! Guest access You have the entire condo all to yourself. The pool area, BBQ pit and ocean access is shared with 3 other condos. Other things to note The Condos at Del Mar PV come with a Concierge and Maintenance man. Housekeeping, linen and laundry service is available for an added fee. House Rules: 1. **Respect Our Neighbors**: Quiet hours are in effect from 9pm to 9am. Please keep noise levels low during these times to ensure the comfort of our neighbors. 2. **No Pets Allowed**: Pets are not permitted on the property. An additional $250 USD cleaning fee will be applied if pets are observed during your stay. 3. **Minors Policy**: Minors are not allowed on the property unless accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian. They should not be left unsupervised on the premises at any time. 4. **No Smoking Indoors**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or near open doors or windows. A $250 USD fee will be charged if the property has been smoked in or smells like smoke. Smoking is allowed outside, but please ensure it is away from open windows or doors. A $5 USD charge will be incurred for each cigarette butt found on the floor or in the pool. 5. **Trash Disposal**: Please dispose of all trash in the designated trash cans. 6. **Pool Rules**: Pool hours are from 8am to 9pm. Please refrain from running, jumping, or diving in or near the pool area. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when in or near the pool. Glass items are not allowed in or near the pool area. The water slide is turned off at 5pm daily. 7. **Drugs and Illegal Activity**: All drugs and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, as is public intoxication and disturbances. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund and loss of deposits. 8. **Visitor Policy**: Visitors or guests not included in the reservation will incur an additional fee of $15 USD per person per day. Babies under 24 months are exempt from this fee. Children over 24 months are charged the same as adults. 9. **Accessibility Notice**: Our property is nestled on a mountainside, and to reach the main apartment from the parking area, you'll need to descend approximately 8 steps. Although the apartment is conveniently situated on a single level, you'll need to descend another approximately 20 steps to get down to the pool and about 50 more steps to the ocean. All these stairs may pose challenges for individuals with mobility constraints. As such, it might not be the most suitable option for those who encounter difficulties climbing stairs. By booking our property, you agree to adhere to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, termination of your stay without refund, and possible eviction by staff or local law enforcement. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
