The spacious living areas include a living room and dining area as well as a terace. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans as well as en suite bathrooms. The unit is equipped with cable TV, DVD and CD players, and ADSL wireless internet connection. There is also a safe in the master bedroom for the storage of valuables. The villa is rented with a superb member of staff - her duties including housekeeping, assisting with the laundry and most importantly, cooking for her guests! The perfect holiday. Staff: Cook/Housekeeper Guest access Guests will have access to the all facilities available at Villas on the Beach. Other things to note The rental rate is inclusive of the staff’s wages although tipping is at your discretion. Coral is your Cook/Housekeeper. She is available to prepare up to 3 meals per day. She works 8 hours a day (8:30 am to 1:30 pm and 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm), 6 days a week. NB. Should you require her to work more than 8 hours a day or 6 days a week, this is charged at time and a half to your incidental account. Please note that each staff member has one day off a week. The staff’s services are provided for the use of the villa you are staying in only. They are therefore not responsible for any cooking or laundry for members of your party staying elsewhere. Should you have friends staying in other villas and wish to entertain small groups or dine together, please discuss it with your respective staff members. As these are private residences, larger groups of ten or more persons will require the owner’s permission ahead of time. Additional charges may apply.
