Please note this home now offers portable AC units in both bedrooms and portable fans for cooling in the summer. ROOMS: - Room 1: Main bedroom (upstairs), Queen bed, ensuite bathroom across the hall, plenty of storage for clothes, Art Frame TV with cable, private patio with a hot tub and AC Unit (in the summer) - Room 2: Bedroom 2 (main level), Twin XL over Queen bunk bed and Twin XL trundle bed, drawers and small closet for storage and AC Unit (in the summer) - Room 3: Living room, Double size sofa bed, Frame Art TV with cable LOCATION: The Arrowhead Complex is located slope side in Whistler's Benchlands. Enjoy a short 3 minute walk to the ski out access to the base of Blackcomb and ski-in right home to your door (snow permitting). The complex is just a short 10 minute walk down the ski run to the Fairmont and a number of pubs and restaurants in the Upper Village, or a 25-30 minute walk to the main village. Don’t want to walk? You can also take the free shuttle to the village or to either mountain base just 100m from the complex. In the summer, bike trails to Lost Lake Park, the Whistler Gondola, the Chateau Whistler Golf Course and the weekly Farmers Market are right on your doorstep. If you are looking for ski-out accommodations in a quiet and luxurious environment surrounded by forest, then this is the place for you. SKI ACCESS: Ski Out – Walk 180m up the road towards Blackcomb Springs, access the short trail to the slopes to upload Blackcomb Gondola Ski In – off Lower Cruiser/Merlin’s ski run on Blackcomb Mountain, access the Home Run trail or walk back up the same trail you Ski-Out. Please be aware that ski-in/ski-out access is weather-dependent and typically available from late December through March. If you'd like confirmation of snow conditions before your arrival, feel free to reach out to our Guest Services team. PARKING: Free on-site parking for up to two vehicles. One designated parking stall with power outlet for EV charging and one first-come-first-served visitor parking for an additional vehicle (the parking garage clearance is 6'6") ACCESSIBILITY: Please note this multi level home is located up two flights of stairs, with no access to an elevator. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the two bedroom condo, two private outdoor patios, private hot tub, free underground parking, and the building's secure communal bike storage room. Included in the unit are towels and linens for your stay, hair dryer, in-unit washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, and coffee, tea and hot chocolate for after those cold ski days or cool summer nights. Other things to note - ZenAway guests get access to exclusive discounts on rentals and activities in Whistler. Please let us know if you're interested in personalized concierge services. - We offer a very detailed Guidebook which will detail out everything you need to know during your stay including full check-in and check-out details to ensure your experience goes smoothly from start to finish. - Included with all ZenAway Whistler reservations is a damage waiver of up to $500 CAD that covers accidental damage during your stay, personal concierge services, and 24/7 guest communication. - All bookings required a signed rental agreement within 24 hours in order to confirm the reservation. - A mid-stay clean is included for bookings over 10 days applied every 10 days of the stay. This is a surface clean of the kitchen, bathroom(s), and bedroom(s) and does not include a linen change but guests may request an upgrade to a full linen change (additional charges apply). - Minimum 28 years old for person booking the property. Person booking must also be staying at the accommodation. BUILDING NOTICE: April 20 – June 1 (Approx. 6 Weeks) For your peace of mind, please note a building project beginning April 20. Expectations: Anticipate daytime noise, dust, and staging activity between buildings. Please proceed with caution in common areas. Parking: On-site parking will be very limited or unavailable.
