Description

Enjoy the island life from a quiet dead end street, just a 15-20 minute walk to the beach at Piper's Lagoon and Neck Point Park. A few minutes west will take you to the secluded hiking trails in Linley Valley. Relax with views overlooking the garden and ocean. The outdoor patio is a great place to read a book or enjoy a meal. The space The basement level features bright large windows, over-height ceilings and two bedrooms with queen beds. The main room is open concept and features a large dining table, TV with Apple TV and a dedicated work space with fast internet. The stove and oven are dated and would disappoint Gordon Ramsay (there is no dishwasher), but the kitchen is adequate enough to make good meals to fuel your exploration of the island! There is guest parking and a garden path to the guest entrance. Pets are welcome! There is no fenced yard. Please clean up after your pet and do not allow pets on any furniture. We live on the above levels with our infant and dog (an Aussie shepherd named Hugo). Guest access There is dedicated guest parking with a private garden pathway leading to the guest entrance. See check in instructions for more details. During your stay We live upstairs and respect the privacy of our guests. We are available if needed but will otherwise leave you to enjoy the island. Other things to note Parking in the guest spot may require a three or four point turn on entry or exit. Larger vehicles or those with very low clearance may prefer to park on the street.
