Your room has fully stocked kitchen (everything but food), with a queen bed and one additional double mattress in loft area accessible by ladder plus washroom with shower in your suite. WiFi and antennae TV make your stay just like home! A 15 minute drive to Regina or Last Mountain Lake make it the ultimate destination center! Sorry no pets allowed The space This studio suite is one of two located in a converted hayloft area of what once was used as a barn. Not every day, one can say they have "slept in a barn", but sure to be enjoyed. Located on an acreage setting on owners property, its just steps away from an awesome Valley View. Owners live on site (but far enough away for privacy) Please note: no smoking or vaping is allowed in the suite or building. A smoke station is located outside the buildings entrance door. If smoking or vaping is done, there is a none refundable charge of $250 taken through Airbnb Guest access You will be able to access your entire suite- all approximate 350 square feet of it. This building is shared with another separate suite with shared building access. No worries-its across the hallway plus both suites access the shared main level coin laundry, in front foyer area. Other things to note You are welcome to make use of the outdoor seating area located just out of the entry way.
