Spacious and modern 1,500 sq foot walk-out studio basement suite with large windows, 9 ft ceilings, and great natural light in a newer home in a central location. We are a family of 4 with 2 young children living upstairs. There are no shared spaces inside the house. It is a fully private basement with a separate entrance from the back of the house. Shared spaces include the back yard, patio, and firepit. The space Studio basement suite with 1 bed and 1 full bath. Includes memory foam queen bed, walk-in closet, living room with 65inch smart TV and a large sectional couch, kitchenette with mini fridge and freezer, 2 burner induction range, toaster oven, and microwave; dining table/chairs, and reading nook. CENTRAL LOCATION. Situated between Tysons and McLean. Easy access to everything in the DMV. Minutes from many major roads including 495, GW Parkway, 66, Route 7, and Route 123. Approximately 1 mile walk to McLean metro. 5 minute drive to Tysons mall and Capital One Center. 20 minute drive to DC attractions. For groups over 2 people, please let us know as we provide a high-end queen air mattress and bedding. If you are a group with young children, please let us know as we are a kid friendly space and have essential items available for use, including a pack-n-play with mattress and fitted sheet, changing station and high chair. Guest access You will have access to basement-level suite, located at the back of the house through a private keypad entrance. Free parking available on the street. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: - Path along side of house to back yard is a paver walkway but front yard may be wet grass depending on the weather. - We are a family with 2 children living upstairs, so you may hear some footsteps and sounds during the day but the house is quiet from 8pm-7am each day. - We have a friendly Goldendoodle who uses the backyard space several times a day. If requested, we can have our dog on leash while outside. - There is no laundry in unit but some arrangements can be made if needed. -When booking, please specify the total number of guests as the price per night can vary based on the number of guests.
