Additional Fees & Fees Notes: The rental prices apply to 6 people. Electricity/water/heating is included. Tourist tax does not apply. Bed and bath linen can be ordered for a fee on request. Two parking spaces are available free of charge. The three lovingly designed bedrooms upstairs are equipped with comfortable box spring beds – two bedrooms each with a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed and large wardrobe. The third bedroom with two single beds together each 1.00 x 2.00 m. The bedroom has a small wardrobe, dresser, bedside tables and a 40 inch flat screen TV. Electric exterior shutters on all windows and additional insect protection in the bedrooms provide additional comfort. The house offers two modern bathrooms: upstairs a full bathroom with bathtub and shower, downstairs another bathroom with walk-in shower. The open-plan living area on the ground floor combines living, eating and cooking in a spacious room. The living area invites you to relax in the evenings with a fireplace. A 55-inch flat screen and Bluetooth sound system ensure the best entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen-living room with island block and counter offers high-quality appliances, including stove, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as a fully automatic coffee machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle. From the dining area, you can access the magnificent terrace, which is equipped with adjustable rattan seating, two rattan sun loungers, an XXL Ampel parasol and a 2-person beach chair. A barrel sauna provides even more relaxation. For comfort, a washing machine, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack and a high chair are available in the utility room. Electric car owners benefit from an in-house wallbox. Two free parking spaces are right in front of the house. The bike house offers safe space for bicycles brought or rented. The semi-detached house is located in the state-recognized resort town of Klausdorf, in a traffic-calmed zone with a top speed of 10 km/h, which ensures a quiet and safe environment. It is just 400 meters to the natural swimming beach with shallow water and large playground. On the way there you can visit the "Naschgarten" and taste some of the old tree and shrubbery varieties. The nearest sandy beach is about 2 km away and easily accessible by bicycle. Another highlight is the nearby Baltic Sea cycling trail, which is perfect for long bike rides along the coast. The beautiful coastal landscape invites you to take long walks, cycling, kite surfing or fishing. Enjoy days of relaxation and peace or experience Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
