"Evergreen" Room Near DT Tacoma & Water Front

Welcome to your home away from home! Centrally located near the waterfront, Tacoma Dome, transit station, I-5 and bus lines. This 2-story home offers a cozy living room, kitchen with island, washer/dryer, coffee bar, and a mini fridge. Relax on the covered front porch. Your upstairs guest room has a queen bed, dresser, and shared bathroom, mostly for guest use. Fan/heater available upon request. The space This is a 2 story single family home in which the host lives. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There may be other guests or roommates staying in the other room(s). Overall, the house is pretty quite. I do not have a TV. If staying for less than 3 days, and have minors with you, please contact us directly as we may be able to accommodate them in the room. Guest access Common areas include living room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom, laundry, and upstairs bathroom. Also, help yourself to any of the books just return to shelf before leaving. Please do not go into the garage. During your stay You can reach me via the Airbnb app or text. Other things to note Sorry, no animals allowed - one of the cats do not get along with other animals. The neighborhood is currently loud with fireworks.
