The space Gulawar is located in the heart of Port Stephens, in the bustling coastal town of Nelson Bay. Minutes walk to the lively town centre, marina, bay and beaches - you have the best of coastal living at your finger tips. The house is a bright and spacious two storey family home - with everything you could want for a memorable getaway. There are four large bedrooms; upstairs - there is a King bed, Queen bed and one with two singles. Two of those rooms have built-ins with ample storage space and clothing racks. Downstairs there is a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The main bathroom upstairs has a large shower and stand alone bath. If you like cooking up a storm while you're away, we have you covered, with a large, fully equipped chefs kitchen - including island, induction cooktops and quality cookware. The house also has a Nespresso Coffee machine to keep you going. The open plan living downstairs includes a spacious dining table, island with bar stools and a lounge area. There is also a built in sound system to set the mood. Step outside and there is a patio that extends to the glass inclosed pool. The patio has a large dining table and two hanging chairs, perfect for balmy evenings. Here you will also find a brand new Weber Family Q BBQ. Huge backyard with plenty of space for the kids to run around. Upstairs there is a generous lounge area with a massive Samsung 75 inch QLED for cosy nights in. There is also a smaller dining area, kitchenette and sunroom. Step out the south facing french doors to a gorgeous balcony, with stylish lounge - a great spot for a cocktail to watch the sun set over Gan Gan hill. There is also a garage with enough space for two cars. Gulawar is suitable for groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.
