It has a bedroom with Smart TV, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped American kitchen and fireplace. The rooms have individually air-conditioned environments, Smart TV with open and closed channels, internet and pleasant lighting. In the bathroom you find the amenities, hairdryer, sink with two vats, hot water on the taps and a relaxing shower. It offers bed and bath linens. Completíssimo, has all the comfort, including room service (Change of Linen and Towels and Cleaning of the apartment - see exchange periods next to the reception), as well as a covered parking space, at no additional cost. The kitchen features a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, sandwich maker and electric kettle, as well as crockery, pots and cutlery, glasses and glasses of wine and sparkling wine. How about preparing your meals in the flat itself, just take the food and drinks of your choice, the dishes and equipment for the preparation will be at your disposal. The lounge, integrated with the kitchen, has a comfortable sofa bed that at dusk is transformed by our staff into two single or double beds, simply indicating your preference at check-in. And don't worry, the next day, as you stroll through the beautiful region, our team takes care of leaving everything organized. In the room we offer a Smart TV with cable channels, internet and a fireplace that, together with a lighting system of the environment, guarantee a typical Serra climate. And the best, we offer 1 firewood kit, daily, on us (see safety rules next to the reception). Regarding the use of the garage, we offer, free of charge, one parking space per apartment, which is a rotating space. Other things to note At check-in, an identity document must be presented to our reception team, including for minors. Each apartment has a covered parking space, basement 1 or 2, such spaces being rotating.
