Welcome to my Creative Cottage! Step into a world of creativity and relaxation. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed & there is a futon in the upstairs bedroom. The living area showcases my original artworks alongside artifacts from around the globe. Private deck & brand new HOT TUB. Located in a quiet neighborhood. 10-15 minute walk to the bike path, beach, grocery store, brewery & more. Steps away from the bus line & 10 min. drive to downtown. *My cat and I live here when not renting The space The main floor of the house has the kitchen, living room, bathroom, And one bedroom. The access to the backyard is through a door between the bathroom and bedroom and a sliding glass door in the bedroom. The upstairs has another large bedroom and a futon. The backyard is fenced in and only for you while you stay. The backyard deck has a hot tub, picnic table and lounger, and there is a grill right off of the deck that you can use. PLEASE NOTE: Thus is my main residence with my cat cosmo. I do rent the downstairs/basement apartment and there may be a tenant living there during your visit. They have a totally separate entrance and do not share your space or the yard at all. I often don’t even see the people who are tenants downstairs. Guest access Feel free to use the art supplies I leave in the basket to be creative! Also help yourself to coffee and tea and any condiments you may need. Please don’t go into closets or cabinets except the pantry for spices etc and cupboards for utensil’s etc in the kitchen. These places have my personal items. If you use the hot tub please rinse off in the shower first if possible and only use plastic cups on the bar cart in the dining room if bringing a drink with you.
