Casa Gialla is a charming attic apartment surrounded by olive trees and tranquility, boasting a wonderful view of the 🏔Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga (about 25 minutes away) and the 🌊sea (about 20 minutes away). The Teramo-Mare highway is just 5 minutes away. The attic is accessed via the stairs. It consists of two double beds (160x200), a living room with a sofa and coffee table, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, bathtub and bidet. Guest access You can park on the private property next to the provincial road. From the parking lot you can access the main door on the ground floor. The attic is on the third floor, which is accessed via stairs.
