Our peaceful accommodation offers a large relaxing living space for the whole family with views of the garden of more than 30 acres fully fenced 🌳 Dog and kid friendly, a workspace and an outdoor jacuzzi area. 30 minutes from Brussels. The space Here you are not in a model home just for guests but a house that lives, which we are renovating little by little and in which we live with our child and our German shepherd, Akela. We rent our house during our absences so you can enjoy it ❤️ Ideal for a family of 4 or 5 or for two couples and children. It can accommodate up to 7 adults and 3 small children (including a mattress on the floor, 2 cots and a side-by-side bed) Composed of - a master suite with queen size bed (160 x 200) and dressing room (we free up a small part for your visit but do not empty it completely except on request for a long rental), - a child/baby room with cabin bed (single bed 90 x 200) on the floor and changing table (possibility of having a 70 x 120 baby bed either attached to the parental bed or in a crib, as well as 2 umbrella beds with 70 x 120 baby mattress), - a bedroom with a Queen size bed (160 x 200) with projector to watch a movie under the duvet. - a games room with the possibility to put a queen size mattress on the floor (160 x 200) - a bathroom - a desk that can be used to work or play with a screen and keyboard available. - a pleasant living-dining room overlooking the terrace and garden (+ high chair for children) - a kitchen equipped with appliances - a laundry room with washing machine and dryer The garden is overlooked by a small wood and the whole is fenced and can therefore accommodate your furry friends with great pleasure (as well as the entire ground floor of the house, they are however forbidden on the floor of the house). On the terrace, we have created a small jacuzzi area that you are free to use according to the instructions that will be provided to you. It should be noted that some parts of the house are being finished: bathtub cover missing, hallway with visible insulation, etc. This does not interfere with the use of the house, but diminishes its aesthetics in some rooms :) Please note that linens and towels are not provided Guest access Some parts remain private and will be locked. Other things to note The village of Bousval is beautiful, there are plenty of walks and hikes possible 🌳 The house is located 15 minutes from Ottignies train station, which takes you to Brussels in 30 minutes by train. On Saturday and Monday evenings, a delicious ice cream truck (Carette) passes in front of the house. Several local farms and shops are nearby.
