Charming house close to nature and lake

Experience an unforgettable stay in a charming house located in the heart of Sparreholm. Around the corner is the nature of Sörmland with its oak forests and lake Båven. Note: See House Rules: During the period Nov-March there will be an additional charge for extra electricity consumption. The space The house has 2 floors. Downstairs there is a kitchen, living room (with exit to terrace in best sunny position) and toilet with shower. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms; one with a double bed 210 cm, a room with a sofa bed 140 cm, and a children's room with a single bed 90 cm and a pull-out bed. Upstairs there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. Other things to note House Rules: During the period Nov-March there will be an additional charge for extra electricity consumption. Electricity & heating: - Electricity is included up to 45 kWh per day, which corresponds to normal usage and an indoor temperature of approximately 19–21°C. - The house is electrically heated and also features an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump in the living room, intended to be used as the primary heating source. There is an extra electric element in the master bedroom but only use it at night as it uses extra electricity. - Firewood for two wood-burning stoves is included for normal use, intended as a supplement to heating and for comfort. Excess usage: - Any electricity usage above the included amount will be charged after the stay at SEK 3.0 per kWh, based on actual meter readings taken before check-in and after check-out. - Meter readings are documented with photos. Any excess electricity cost will be requested via Airbnb after departure.
