Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Detached house with lovely Mjøs view! Short distance to Prøysenhuset, Hamar, Lillehammer, Hunderfossen/Lilleputthammer and Sjusjøen. Child-friendly with a large plot of 1.5 acres. Trampoline, swing set and sandpit. Dogs allowed. Enjoy the sunset over Mjøsa, here there is evening sun until about 8.30 pm. Barbecue possibility. Many toys in the house and outdoors that can be borrowed. Walking distance down to Mjøsa. Bed linen and towels are provided, bed linen is put on yourself. The space Detached house on 2 floors. Downstairs there is a larger bathroom with toilet, and a separate toilet room. In addition, hallway/entrance, as well as open solution with kitchen and living room. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed 150 cm wide. The last bedroom has a 120 cm wide bed, in addition to a sofa that can be used as a bed. Guest access All rooms in the house itself can be used. We lock the basement as it is only used as a storage room. Other things to note There is a relatively steep hill from the main road up to our house. In winter, it is an advantage to have four-wheel drive and/or studded tires. Please let us know if you don't have it, so we can let the person who plows and grits know that he should be a little careful in case of snow/ice. The fuse box is in the basement which is initially kept locked, but you will get information about where the key is located if you need to get into the fuse box.
