A beautiful home located inside the historic Panguitch Utah, 30 minutes from the awe-inspiring Bryce Canyon National Park, 26 minutes from Panguitch lake (for all of you fishing enthusiasts). You will enjoy a comfortable home with outdoor dining space, firepit (enjoy those beautiful night skies!) and hot tub for some R&R after spending your day adventuring around southern Utah. We know you will have an amazing time! The space Welcome to our Panguitch cottage! Near the center of town but still quiet and secluded. A perfect gate way to Bryce Canyon and the beautiful Southern Utah outdoors. You can easily navigate to your stay using the map app of your choice. When you arrive you will be welcomed with a private gated yard with a lush green lawn, a true luxury in the stark Utah desert. Enter the front door with a code provided to you in the guest portal (never worry about losing a key!). Our freshly renovated cottage has been designed and configured to accommodate you in style and comfort. With a smart TV, the living room was made for movie nights and series binges on your favorite streaming app. To the left you will see a modern kitchen equipped with all the amenities you need, dishwasher, stove top and the wall microwave doubles as a convection oven so you can bake to your heart’s content! Through the kitchen you will find the sliding door to your right leading directly to the Hot tub. Private and secluded, the perfect spot to relax sore muscles from exploring Bryce Canyon’s wonders. Enjoy the relaxation, privacy and mood lighting that will melt your stress and make you wish you had more vacation time. As you reach the main suite you will find a smart TV, comfortable king size bed and private bathroom. You will have all the towels and linens needed for the duration of your stay. Returning to the living room you will find the final bedroom. Stylish and spacious with a queen bed and daybed which, when folded out, expands to the size of a King. If you need to take a minute to work, you will enjoy a comfortable office chair and desk. Here you will find the laundry and a second bathroom equipped with all you need to prep and recover from the Southern Utah Wilderness or the antique shops on the historic main street. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, hot tub, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and the yard around the house. There is a cleaner’s closet in the laundry room and shed in the backyard that will be locked. Feel free to reach out to us about firewood on the property. There is a small charge but not having to find and haul wood can really make the trip go much smoother. We support EV Charging with a Level 2 (220v) outlet.
