Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The layout is simple, clean, and thoughtfully prepared to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Amenities include: • Fully equipped kitchen, including stocked coffee bar. • Comfortable living space • Access to saltwater pool • Outdoor seating and garden areas • Peaceful, private setting Guest access Guests will have access to the private upstairs carriage house through a separate entrance, as well as shared (with the owners only - though we default to guest privacy) outdoor spaces including the saltwater pool, gardens, and surrounding acreage. Please note that this is a hosted property. The apartment is above the garage and attached to our full-time home, so while guests have privacy in their own separate indoor space, this is not a completely isolated house on 40 acres. Please note: This apartment is upstairs over a 3-car garage. This is not ADA accessible and there is no elevator. Owners will not use the garage while guests are staying, so there will be no noise coming from the garage. We are located in north Georgia where cold weather prevents the pool from being open until tentatively mid-April to the beginning of October. During October-mid-April the pool isn’t accessible. Sorry - dogs aren’t allowed at the pool. We are not professional hosts, just homeowners who love to host people in our beautiful space!
