Welcome to Countryside Carriage House, a peaceful 900 sq ft escape on 40 acres, minutes from the city. Attached to main house, but with separate upstairs entrance, it has comfort and charm, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen, full washer/dryer, and a cozy living room. King bed in the master, tw/qu bunk bed in the 2nd room. Relax on deck overlooking a fenced-in salt water pool with a waterfall. With free dedicated parking, and beautiful gardens, your countryside getaway awaits! The space Space & Amenities: • 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed for ultimate comfort. The second bedroom is ideal for families, with a bunk bed that has a full-size bottom and twin top. The living room couch, though not a pull-out, is very comfortable and can accommodate one person. An air mattress is available upon request for additional sleeping arrangements. • Full Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals in a fully equipped kitchen with all the tools, pots, and dishes you’ll need. The kitchen includes a full-size oven, microwave, toaster oven, and a full-size coffee maker with a milk steamer for cappuccinos, as well as a Keurig and a coffee bar with assorted tea, coffee and hot chocolate pods, creamer, and sweetener. • Comfort Amenities: We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including paper towels, bathroom tissue, dishwashing liquid, new dishwashing sponges per guest, a dishwasher with detergent, hand soap, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton swabs, cotton balls, makeup wipes, and laundry detergent. All linens and towels are also provided. There is free wifi available for guests. • Laundry Closet: A convenient closet houses a full-size washer and dryer, with laundry detergent provided, allowing you to take care of laundry needs during your stay. • Private Entrance & Parking: Your own separate entrance upstairs over a 3-car garage ensures privacy, with dedicated parking for easy access. • Outdoor Deck: Step out onto the small deck overlooking our serene pool area—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Pool & Gardens: • Fenced-In Pool: Take a dip in the sparkling salt water pool with a waterfall and fountain, just steps away from your door. Please note - pool is only open seasonally mid-April to the end of September, weather depending. • Beautiful Gardens: Surround yourself with lush gardens and landscaping, featuring a butterfly garden and vibrant flowers. You have full access to the 40 acre property, including open fields and woods with walking trails. Guest access Full access to entire self-contained private apartment, pool access (open tentative mid-April to October, weather dependent) (pool towels provided), gardens, woods, acreage, outdoor play equipment. Sorry - dogs aren’t allowed at the pool. Other things to note This apartment is upstairs over a 3-car garage. This is not ADA accessible and there is no elevator. Owners will not use the garage while guests are staying, so there will be no noise coming from the garage. We are located in north Georgia where cold weather prevents the pool from being open until tentatively mid-April to the beginning of October. During October-mid-April the pool isn’t accessible. Sorry - dogs aren’t allowed at the pool. We are not professional hosts, just homeowners who love to host people in our beautiful space!
