On the ground floor, a large entrance welcomes you, leading to a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, as well as an equipped laundry area (washing machine, iron). Upstairs, a large room combines kitchen, living room, dining room and reading/office area. A second bathroom, two bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and, on the mezzanine, a large bedroom with three single beds (90 x 190 cm) complete this place where vintage charm rhymes with comfort and conviviality.
