Tiny House at Rocca di Sotto

This cabin offers a lot of privacy with a view of the high mountains of Gran Sasso and the Majella. The log cabin is next to the forrest and below a huge oak tree. It's on a small small bio campsite with 10 are of land off Rocca di Sotto. It has the measures of 5 by 2.5 meters. Gas, water and electricity are available and there is a basic kitchenette with fridge, a double bed, bed linen and towels. There is a little heater. The space This tiny House is located on our hilly 10-hectare site. A lot of privacy and pleasant shade is waiting for you here, under an impressive, centuries-old oak tree. From this place you can enjoy the beautiful views of the amazing peaks of the Gran Sasso and the Majella mountains. The Tiny House consists of a living room including a bedroom for 2 people. The little house has an outside kitchen with a roof. The total measures are 6 by 3 meters. Mostly the wifi is fine. There is cold water and an outdoor shower. Showers and toilets facilities can be found in the communal washing area, just 50 meters from the cabin. Guest access The Tiny House is partly built and furnished from recycled materials. It has 1 room of 3 by 3 meters with a covered outdoor kitchen of another 3 by 3 meters. You can park your car in the parking lot for free and from there it is a 50-meter walk via a slightly steep path. There are solar lights along the path and around the house. Other things to note The tiny house is situated in a quiet position on the side of the Rocca di Sotto mini-campsite. Due to earthquake damage sustained by the owners home in 2017, renovations are currently underway. This may cause occasional noise disturbances. Thank you for your understanding. The terrace is under a huge oak tree with a canopy. There is a cold 'outdoor shower', but for hot shower and toilet facilities you can use the communal toilets, which is about 30 meters away.
