Located in the leafy riverside graceville, our studio offers a blend of comfort and contemporary design. This thoughtfully designed studio has small functional kitchen with modern appliances, high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious bathroom. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll find everything you need for a memorable stay. The space Studio hideaway is a newly created beautiful space, which is located directly under studio retreat. We were very mindful that noise travels, we took all the care and used best sound proof materials so we can create this small but fully functional studio for an enjoyable and private stay. Guest access Studio hideaway is located on the ground floor of the back building from main guest house (which is also an airbnb property) There is a small patio just outside of the studio with a small outdoor table and chairs, perfect place for the cuppa to enjoy morning sun. Quiet hours are 10pm–7am. • No parties, events, or large gatherings. • Only guests listed in the booking may stay overnight. • This is a non-smoking property. • Pets are welcome by prior approval only and subject to the Pet Policy. • Smart air-conditioning is pre-set for energy efficiency. Do not tamper with remotes. Requests for lower temperature settings may incur additional electricity charges. • Damage, excessive cleaning, or rule breaches may result in additional charges or termination of stay. PET POLICY • Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to booking. A pet fee applies per pet per stay. For stays longer than 10 nights, the pet fee may be calculated based on the length of the booking. • Pets must be supervised at all times and not left unattended for long periods. • Pets are not permitted on furniture, carpets, or bedding. • Guests must clean up after pets immediately. • Additional cleaning or damage caused by pets will be charged in accordance with Airbnb policies. • Breaches may result in termination without refund.
