Nestled in the natural park of San Rossore, once the summer residence of the kings of Italy, it offers direct access to the banks of the Arno River via a jetty on which to fish, dock small boats or simply relax. Added to this is the simultaneous proximity to the center of Pisa, the leaning tower, the airport, but also the beaches of Marina di Pisa, Tirrenia and the port of Livorno.
