We invite you to our cozy cottage in the heart of the picturesque Kashubian village of Barkocin. It is a place where time passes more slowly and nature delights with its beauty. Our 51 m² single-storey cottage is the perfect space for couples, families with children and people working remotely who want to break away from the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse themselves in an idyllic atmosphere. It is a place where time flows more slowly and nature delights with its beauty. Our 55 m² single-storey cottage is the perfect space for couples, families with children and people working remotely who want to break away from the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse themselves in an idyllic atmosphere. Your property The estate is located on Lake Graniczne. Around the lake there is an educational and walking path, along which there are many tourist facilities. This route is ideal for both hiking and longer walks, and is also perfect for Nordic Walking. Its length is about 2500 meters. Near the estate there is an intimate beach, where our guests can cool off on hot days and light a fire in the evening. For lovers of piers, we recommend the municipal beach on the other side of the lake, which can be reached by the aforementioned educational and walking path. In addition, we have prepared six bicycle routes of varying difficulty and length for our guests. Each route is thoroughly described and illustrated with photos, so both experienced cyclists and amateurs will find something for themselves. All routes start and end in our estate. For the youngest, we have prepared a playground with three slides, a gangway and a climbing wall, which allows children of all ages to play freely. Parents can watch their children from comfortable benches. There are also two bonfire places near the gazebo. We also invite you to the municipal beach located on the other side of the lake. We will reach the municipal beach by an educational and walking path (which leads around the lake) • Forest in the immediate vicinity • Local attractions The regional farm Modrzewo is located in the village of Modrzejewo, 18 km away from the estate. In the farm you can visit the traditional interiors of the Kashubian house. Traditional Kashubian costumes, ceramics and household tools are also presented. The Regional Chamber - Zagroda Modrzewo can be visited from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please contact us by phone in advance The Kashubian embroidery workshop is one of the few that professionally deals with traditional embroidery as well as the renovation of antique fabrics. On site you can see traditional Kashubian embroidery as well as buy souvenirs. The workshop is located just 14 km from the estate.
