Please notify us about this in advance. About elevator access: - Please note that elevators may have random maintenance schedules done under the jurisdiction of the admin of One Palm Tree Villas. We do not have control of the elevators in the building, but we will try our best to notify guests if we receive any information ahead about any elevator interruptions. About the use of swimming pools: - Swimming pool access is from Tuesdays to Sundays (maintenance on Mondays) - You need to schedule your time of use of the pool with the admin of One Palm Tree Villas during your stay. There is a 1 hour time limit of scheduled pool use to avoid crowding. - Pool hours are from 8am-10pm - Only 3 persons are allowed free use of pool. You need to pay an additional 200php/head max of 6 persons for use of pool for 1 hour use. -The admin of One Palm Tree Villas charges for pool usage, and not us, the owners of the AirBnB unit. Cleaning: - We provide coffee and towels from the first day only (we do not do daily change). Others: - We provide complimentary drinking water (big water jug in kitchen) for your stay.
